How to Find Us

Counterpoint School of Performing Arts is located at the Swansea College Llwyn Y Bryn campus, off Walter Road, Swansea. From the town centre, take the Walter Road which runs parallel to St. Helen's Road, heading towards Uplands. Before you reach Uplands, you will see St. James's Church on your right hand side. Look to the left side of the road, and you will see 'Motzart' Restaurant, situated on the corner of a narrow lane. Take this lane, and follow signs for the Counterpoint Theatre.

From the M4

Leave the M4 at Junction 42, signposted 'Swansea', and proceed past Visteon Ford Plant (on right), straight ahead towards Swansea.

Cross the river bridge, and pass J Sainsbury on the left; take the outside lane here.

Immediately after Pilkington Glass, turn right at the traffic lights into Wind Street. Continue until you pass the ruins of Swansea Castle on the right, and cross the next set of traffic lights (Argos is on the right).

Turn left at the next set of traffic lights, (with Swansea railway station facing you). TAKE THE OUTSIDE LANE and go straight ahead at the next lights.

Pass the Art Gallery on your right.

Continue up hill for approx. ½ mile, and pass St James' Church on your right. Look to the left, and take the sharp left turning immediately after the 'Mozart' Restaurant, (canopy outside). This is the entrance to Counterpoint. There is ample on site parking.
